Die Cast Workshop

 

Bian die cast workshop had many die-casting equipments ranging from 200 to 1250 tons.

First, we select the best aluminum alloy like ADC12,A360,En44300/3#zinc alloy as the raw material, then we do smelting, cooling, removing the nozzle,light ream, we also use CNC or lathe to carry out hole turning,cutting, then do the ultrasonic cleaning and other cleaning, finally we need to do various finish on surface of our die casting products
